As some of the treatments offered at Beauty & Soul Artistry are advanced, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns relating to your treatment prior to making a booking. Patch tests may be required for use of some products.
We value the time of each and every client and we do expect the same in return.
If you need to cancel, rebook or change the time of your appointment, please give 48 hours notice. Failure to do this may require you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit when you book your next appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule for the next suitable availability, depending on our schedule on that day.
You are paying for Beauty & Soul Artistry’s time and expenses, as such no refunds will be offered under any circumstances, Every effort will be made to make your treatment meet your expectations. Should you be unhappy with your service or outcome please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss this.
Beauty & Soul Artistry has the right to refuse any treatment should there be any hygiene, sickness or contraindication concerns. We take the health of ourselves, family and clientele very seriously and ask you to please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. The salon is cleaned and sterilised regularly. One use implements are used where possible. Sharps are disposed of correctly.
Payment for your treatment can be made via Bank Transfer or Cash. EFTPOS is available with a 1.9% surcharge.
