Reiki, pronounced ‘ray-key’, is a treatment that aims to increase energy levels and promote relaxation and wellbeing. The universal healing Reiki energy is channelled by the placement of hands on or above the body in various positions around the body. This can help strengthen and balance the body’s own energy systems which can help ease discomfort in the body. Please wear comfortable clothing so you can relax on the massage table during your treatment.

A beautiful hour to yourself! In most sessions we like to start with a gentle massage, usually on the back or feet. This will relax your physical body helping it to be ready to receive the healing for the next hour. Intuitively we choose from one or a combination of any of these, Essential Oils, Oracle Cards, Chakra Balancing, Crystal, Reiki, Access Bars & Massage for the remainder of your 1 hour treatment.

75 minutes $90

Access Bars ® are 32 points on the head that store and release an electromagnetic charge associated with any thoughts, beliefs, judgements and points of view that have been created in this and other lifetimes. When The Bars are lightly touched, the electromagnetic charge which keeps us having these limiting thoughts can be released.
